		Many moons ago my dad leant us a grand to start a record label. To date we’ve never paid it back… However, he’s got on with his life and released a couple of books. This is his newest, and is actually good so I said I’d put it in the shop (why not). Raunchy, it’s so raunchy (it makes me blush) it ‘follows the fortunes of dead denizens (the 4 horseman) from hell as they make their way home via the most unlikely and hilarious adventures’. This is a romp-along comedy and well worth a look. You can read an excerpt here.

This 4 track behemoth of an EP, released on double sided poster (anyone got any spare tubes) is not only lovely, but contains 4 tracks, one of which is an 18 minute full set in a drunken Garden Party in France. 		Oh Katie Malco – perhaps one of the lovliest to ever grace the Alcopop! Stable… Complete with a band including members from Tubelord, HYHI + Freeze the Atlantic she delivers this – her first EP with us, and one of the most beautiful things you’ll hear all year. Comparisons with Laura Marling, Monkey Swallow the Universe and even Tracy Chapman kinda work – but she crafts her own unique sound. 		They were due to release a single off their new ep……BUT!!!! they wanted to do something special so Oxfordshire rock group ute gathered together a team of wonderful human beings (otherwise know as the Oxford Hearts) to record a truly community version of their popular hit ‘brother’. Complete with Mandolins, guitars, trumpets, flutes, microkorgs, ukeleles and percussion they played – and here are the results on photoalbum release (see it here), complete with original pics of the day (no two contain the same pics). .

It is pricey, but it’s super quality – and can be purchased for RRP of £30. However, you guys mean everything to us, and I know some of you are pretty skint.
